* Founding Team Meetings: 1st Thursday of each month at the Community Mediation Center, downtown Harrisonburg across the street from the Massanutten Regional Library

The Founding Team is the operational team that is doing the day to day work of getting the co-op off the ground, organizing and carrying out work during the current 3 year start-up phase (2006 – 2009)

* Board Meetings: 3rd Thursday of each month, generally at the home of Peggy Duhamel, call her to confirm meeting dates and location (434-3220)

The Board carries legal responsibility for the Friendly City Food Cooperative, Inc. and shares many of the same working members with the Founding Team

* Subcommittees: Finance, Membership Growth, Site Development, and Marketing/PR. Meeting times vary. To volunteer at the subcommittee level, where much of the nitty gritty activities and work take place, please call Sam Nickels for more information: 476-4180
