The Store

We anticipate a store of 4000 to 5000 square feet of retail space, located in the downtown business area of Harrisonburg.

While we know what some of the departments will be in the store (produce, bulk grains and foods, dairy, packaged goods, cleaning supplies, health and beauty aids, etc), the details for many of these decisions will have to await until the choosing of a site and the hiring of a highly qualified general manager, who will have final say over choice of merchandise.

Developing relationships with local vendors will be an important part of our work as we come closer to the opening of the store.
